Role Description:

The Financial Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the financial operations of Mouery's Flooring. This position involves entering and tracking claims, overseeing accounts receivable, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and organized, ensuring that all financial records are maintained accurately. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members to ensure the financial health of the company.

key responsibilities

- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.

- Enter and track claims, ensuring timely processing and resolution.

- Oversee accounts receivable, ensuring payments are tracked and processed.

- Maintain financial records and ensure accuracy.

- Support the finance department in daily administrative tasks.

- Prepare invoices, process payments, and track expenses.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Financial Assistant or in a similar role.

- Strong knowledge of basic accounting and financial principles.

- Experience in managing claims and accounts receivable is a plus.

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
