It’s hard to believe 2022 is already coming to a close. If you’ve followed us for a while you may know that our store owners, Rick & Elisabeth Mouery, head to Vegas in January each year for the largest flooring convention of the year. At this convention they’re able to meet new vendors, learn about the latest technologies in flooring and flooring products, and purchase new on-trend styles. They work incredibly hard to bring the absolute best flooring products to 417 Land.
With all of that said, it’s time we clear out even more room in our warehouse to make way for BRAND NEW 2023 products. From now until the end of the year (while supplies last) we’re clearancing out 12 of our in-stock hardwood floors.

The preferred installation method for each of these hardwood floors is nailed down over plywood. If you have a concrete subfloor these floors could be full spread glued down, or floated using the glue assist method. WHISPER STEP
Whisperstep is the recommended underlayment for these floors. It acts as a vapor barrier, and helps to reduce noise in the home. Learn more about whisperstep in this short video below (Skip to 2:17 for Whisperstep information).
